This October, Iwona Sobotka stars as Verdi’s tragic heroine Aida in a new production by Hong Kong Opera. Directed by Hugo de Ana and conducted by Ramon Tebar, the performances (9–12 October 2025) at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre will showcase Sobotka in one of opera’s most iconic and demanding soprano roles.
